Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Task Management Control Room Operator to oversee our operational control systems and ensure efficient task execution across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong coordination skills to maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Task Management
Monitor and track task progress using advanced management systems
Coordinate task assignments and execution across multiple teams
Maintain real-time oversight of operational activities
Ensure proper task prioritization and resource allocation
Track task completion rates and deadlines
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
Maintain detailed task records and documentation
System Administration & Reporting
Manage and operate digital task management platforms
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Conduct system audits and data verification
Monitor system performance and reliability
Identify and report technical issues
Maintain data accuracy and integrity
Create and update operational dashboards
Process Optimization
Analyze operational workflows and efficiency
Identify areas for process improvement
Recommend and implement optimization strategies
Monitor and evaluate improvement initiatives
Document best practices and procedures
Support continuous improvement projects
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
Collaboration & Compliance
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations
Maintain effective communication across teams
Support emergency response procedures when required
Participate in safety drills and training
Document and report safety incidents
Foster a culture of safety and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in control room operations or task management
Strong knowledge of task management systems (SAP, Maximo)
HSE awareness and certification
Excellent computer literacy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills
Proficiency in task management software
Experience with control room systems
Knowledge of operational KPIs and metrics
Understanding of workflow management
Data analysis and reporting capabilities
System troubleshooting abilities
