Client Relationship Building: As a Relationship Manager / Property Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining positive client relationships. Your goal is to understand clients' property investment or rental needs and guide them through the entire real estate process with utmost professionalism and trust. Whether they are buying, selling, or leasing, your personalized approach will help clients make informed decisions that suit their lifestyle and investment goals.
Market Research & Property Matchmaking: You’ll actively research the real estate market, identify trends, and find properties that align with your clients’ preferences and budget. This includes arranging viewings, presenting property features, and negotiating prices on behalf of clients. Your role is crucial in bridging client expectations with suitable offerings from the property inventory to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Lead Generation & Follow-up: One of your primary tasks will be to generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, or online inquiries. You’ll follow up with potential leads and nurture them until they convert into active clients. You will be trained on tools and techniques that support strong pipeline management and target achievement.
Consulting and Advising: You’ll act as an advisor to clients by educating them on investment benefits, potential ROI, and legal documentation involved in property transactions. Your expertise in explaining market insights, policies, and compliance will position you as a trusted property consultant.
Documentation and Compliance: You will be expected to handle property-related documents with accuracy and responsibility. Ensuring that each transaction complies with the regulatory requirements in UAE is vital, as it safeguards both the company and the client in the transaction.
Sales Target & KPI Achievement: As part of the sales team, you’ll have monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to meet. Your performance will be measured through client conversions, deal closures, and overall contribution to the team’s revenue. Training and ongoing support will be provided to help you excel in these areas.
