Child Care and Guest Experience: The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional care and service to young guests within the Kids Club environment. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, engaging, and nurturing space where children feel safe, comfortable, and excited to participate in activities, while parents feel confident in the quality of care provided.

Daily Operations Support: The position supports the supervisor in the smooth daily running of the Kids Club by following established procedures and assisting with operational tasks. The attendant ensures that schedules, activity plans, and safety guidelines are consistently followed to maintain a structured yet enjoyable environment.

Activity Program Execution: A key responsibility of the role is executing the Kids Club activity program with enthusiasm and creativity. The attendant leads planned activities, games, and learning sessions while adapting to the interests and energy levels of children to ensure inclusive and enjoyable participation.

Cultural and Sporting Engagement: The Kids Club Attendant contributes to designing and delivering unique cultural and sporting activities that enrich the guest experience. These activities are thoughtfully planned to encourage creativity, physical movement, and cultural awareness in a fun and age-appropriate manner.

Safety and Equipment Standards: Ensuring the highest levels of child safety is a core responsibility of this role. The attendant maintains all Kids Club equipment to high standards, follows safety and hygiene procedures, and remains vigilant at all times to provide a secure environment aligned with hotel safety policies.

Feedback and Program Improvement: The role supports monitoring the success of Kids Club programs through guest feedback and participation engagement. The attendant shares observations and suggestions with the supervisor to help enhance activity offerings and continuously improve the guest experience.
