Job Description
Branch Leadership and Strategy: As the Sales Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the sales operations within your assigned branch. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets, monitor performance, and ensure all activities align with company standards and objectives.
Team Management and Motivation: You will guide and coach the sales team to perform at their highest potential, ensuring they meet individual and collective sales goals. Through training, performance evaluations, and regular meetings, you will build a culture of excellence and accountability.
Customer Relationship Management: Developing long-term relationships with customers will be a key part of your role. You will ensure an exceptional buying experience by addressing client needs efficiently, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Sales Operations and Performance Monitoring: You will oversee all daily operations related to sales, including pricing strategies, product presentation, and market performance tracking. This includes preparing performance reports, analyzing key metrics, and implementing improvement plans where necessary.
Market Expansion and Brand Growth: You will identify new market opportunities, plan promotional campaigns, and strengthen the JAC brand’s presence across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you’ll ensure consistent brand messaging and competitive positioning in the automotive industry.
Financial and Budget Management: Managing branch budgets, forecasting sales, and ensuring profitability will form a crucial part of your duties. You will also oversee expenses, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
