Luxury Food and Beverage Leadership: The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all dining and beverage operations within an ultra-luxury resort environment. This role ensures that culinary outlets, restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining consistently deliver refined service experiences that reflect the prestigious St. Regis brand standards.

Operational Management and Oversight: The position manages day-to-day food and beverage operations by setting clear service expectations, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The manager maintains operational excellence through structured planning, efficient workflows, and continuous performance evaluation.

Guest Satisfaction and Experience: A core focus of the role is maximizing guest satisfaction through personalized service, prompt resolution of concerns, and proactive engagement. The Food and Beverage Manager ensures every guest interaction aligns with luxury hospitality principles and exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.

Strategic Planning and Financial Control: The role involves developing and executing strategic business plans that support revenue growth and profitability. Responsibilities include budget preparation, cost control, and maintaining a positive cost management index while aligning operational decisions with financial objectives.
