Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Accountant to oversee multi-entity accounting operations and manage contractor relationships. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in SAP systems and consolidated financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years experience in multi-entity accounting
Minimum 3 years experience with SAP
Professional certification (ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP and Oracle)
Demonstrated experience in consolidated financial reporting
Principal Accountabilities
Financial Reporting and Compliance
Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Monitor internal controls and suggest improvements
Prepare regulatory and statutory reports
Coordinate with external auditors
Cash Flow Management
Oversee cash flow planning and forecasting
Monitor and analyze cash position
Manage working capital requirements
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions
Review and approve cash disbursements
Implement cash management strategies
Monitor and reconcile bank statements
Contractors Transactions
Manage contractor payment processes
Review and verify contractor invoices
Monitor contractor agreements and compliance
Maintain contractor accounting records
Reconcile contractor accounts
Handle contractor queries and disputes
Ensure accurate contractor tax reporting
Budgeting and Forecasting
Develop and maintain budgets
Prepare financial forecasts and projections
Analyze variances and provide recommendations
Support strategic planning processes
Monitor project costs and budgets
Prepare budget reports for management
Conduct financial analysis and modeling
Required Skills
