TripleONE, a UAE-based group licensed by the Dubai Government and operating across facilities management, manpower supply, and HR consultancy, is hiring a Workshop Supervisor on behalf of a prestigious client in Abu Dhabi. This is a role for a hands-on leader who understands that a heavy vehicle workshop is not a place for shortcuts. It is a place for standards.

This is a role for someone with at least five years of supervisory experience in fleet or heavy vehicle maintenance, with previous UAE experience in a similar role being essential. You will supervise daily workshop operations, coordinating all maintenance and repair activities while leading technicians and mechanics to deliver quality work on time. You will plan and schedule preventive maintenance for vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety standards. You will maintain accurate service records, job cards, and maintenance reports, and coordinate with procurement on spare parts and inventory. Diagnosing complex mechanical issues and supporting the technical team will also be part of your daily responsibilities. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or a related field. You have strong knowledge of heavy vehicles, trucks, and waste management equipment, with a background in waste collection, automobile, or logistics industries. You communicate effectively in English, Urdu, and Hindi, with Arabic being an advantage. Basic computer skills in MS Excel and reporting tools are required. You are a practical problem-solver who leads by example and takes pride in keeping a workshop running smoothly.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The fixed salary range is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month. Overtime is not applicable. Benefits include an employment visa provided by the company, medical insurance, and accommodation or transportation.
