Role Overview:

Alain Mills is seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Supervisor  to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, storage activities, logistics coordination, and warehouse team performance in Ajman. The role involves ensuring efficient movement and storage of materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate should have strong warehouse management experience, leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and a practical understanding of inventory and logistics operations.

Warehouse Operations & Management:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure warehouse processes are carried out efficiently and according to established procedures.
• Monitor the movement of materials and products throughout the warehouse.
• Develop and implement effective warehouse processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Inventory Management & Control:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are properly monitored.
• Coordinate regular stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor stock movements, damaged goods, slow-moving items, and inventory-related issues.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:

• Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, logistics, and other departments to support smooth material flow.
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders and materials.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, transporters, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve operational issues that may affect warehouse and logistics activities.

Team Leadership & Workforce Management:

• Supervise, guide, and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor employee performance and productivity.
• Provide training and guidance on warehouse procedures, inventory handling, and safety practices.
• Maintain effective communication within the warehouse team and address operational concerns promptly.

Warehouse Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure warehouse activities comply with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable requirements.
• Maintain proper storage practices and ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular warehouse inspections to identify safety risks, operational hazards, and areas requiring improvement.
• Promote a safe, organized, and clean working environment across warehouse facilities.

Reporting & Process Improvement:

• Prepare regular reports covering inventory, warehouse performance, stock movement, and operational activities.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Analyze operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve warehouse performance.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, records, and transaction reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as ar, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar warehouse management role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, and material handling. Experience managing warehouse teams and coordinating daily operational activities.
• Strong understanding of stock management, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management or ERP systems. Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. Knowledge of UAE warehouse, logistics, and safety requirements is preferred.
