Role Overview – Vivandi Group is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Dubai. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with 3 to 5 years of warehouse supervision experience, preferably in 3PL and e-commerce, who can manage fast-paced e-commerce warehouse operations, supervise daily activities, manage inventory, and coordinate with 3PL partners.

Warehouse Operations Supervision – You will supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch by overseeing workflows, directing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth execution of all warehouse processes that support e-commerce fulfillment.

Inventory Management – You will manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, ensuring inventory accuracy, coordinating replenishment, tracking stock movements, and maintaining proper inventory controls that prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Order Accuracy and Fulfillment – You will ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment by verifying picks, checking packing quality, coordinating dispatch schedules, meeting fulfillment deadlines, and ensuring e-commerce orders are processed correctly and delivered on time to maintain customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Development – You will lead and mentor warehouse staff for operational excellence by providing direction, training team members, motivating performance, addressing issues, promoting best practices, and building a high-performing warehouse team.

3PL Coordination – You will coordinate with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners by managing service relationships, communicating requirements, monitoring 3PL performance, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless integration between internal operations and external logistics partners.

Process Streamlining – You will coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes by identifying improvement opportunities, implementing efficiency measures, optimizing workflows, reducing waste, and continuously improving warehouse operations.

Performance Monitoring – You will monitor warehouse performance including productivity metrics, accuracy rates, fulfillment speed, staff performance, and identifying areas for improvement to maintain operational excellence.

Safety and Compliance – You will ensure warehouse safety and compliance by enforcing safety protocols, maintaining organized workspaces, ensuring proper equipment usage, and creating safe working environments that prevent accidents and comply with regulations.

Warehouse Supervision Experience – 3 to 5 years of warehouse supervision experience is required. Your supervisory background demonstrates proven ability to lead warehouse teams, manage operations, and deliver consistent results.

3PL and E-commerce Experience – Experience in 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) and e-commerce warehousing is preferred. Understanding 3PL operations, e-commerce fulfillment requirements, and fast-paced online retail logistics provides valuable context for this role.
