Position Summary: We are currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading warehouse staff to achieve productivity goals.

Primary Responsibilities: The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising loading and unloading operations, and ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched correctly. You will also monitor warehouse performance and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Team Leadership: In this role, you will supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse assistants, ensuring that daily duties are carried out efficiently. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of accuracy, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance.

Logistics Coordination: The Warehouse Supervisor must ensure all products are correctly labelled, tracked, and documented. You'll also coordinate with procurement and delivery departments to manage stock flow and meet operational timelines.

Compliance & Safety: You will ensure that all warehouse operations adhere to company policies and UAE safety standards. Regular inspections and updates to procedures will be part of your responsibility to guarantee a secure working environment.

Communication & Reporting: Excellent communication with both the team and upper management is essential. You will prepare reports related to inventory levels, stock movement, and team performance to assist with strategic planning.
