About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Al Shola Transport Co. LLC. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in warehouse operations management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics activities

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records

Supervise and train warehouse staff

Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures

Coordinate receiving, storing, and shipping of materials

Ensure proper handling and storage of goods

Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

Coordinate with transportation team for efficient delivery schedules

Prepare daily reports on warehouse activities

Handle documentation and paperwork related to warehouse operations

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse supervision

Knowledge of warehouse management systems

Understanding of inventory control procedures

Experience in staff supervision and team leadership

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Physical ability to move around the warehouse and inspect operations

Technical Skills

Inventory management expertise

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations

Experience with warehouse equipment and machinery

Basic computer skills and data entry abilities
