About the Role

We are a leading cargo company seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and activities

Manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation

Ensure proper inventory management and stock control procedures

Maintain safety standards and compliance with warehouse regulations

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments

Optimize warehouse layout and storage procedures

Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities

Implement and maintain quality control procedures

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Prepare and maintain necessary documentation and reports

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics

Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse environment

Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and processes

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Proficiency in inventory management and stock control

Experience with logistics and supply chain operations

Computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management software

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Effective communication skills in English

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Physical ability to move around the warehouse and inspect operations

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Additional Requirements

Valid UAE driving license preferred

Willingness to work in shifts if required

Ability to work in both Dubai and Sharjah locations
