We are seeking an experienced and efficient Warehouse & Storekeeper to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to contribute to our warehouse operations.

Position Details

Job Title: Warehouse & Storekeeper

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 2,500 + Accommodation + Transportation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (certifications in inventory management or warehousing are a plus)
• Proven experience in storekeeping or a similar role in warehouse operations
• Expertise in inventory control, stock management, and procurement processes
• Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, or warehouse management tools
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with vendors, the purchasing team, and other departments

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries
• Prepare and fulfill outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
• Implement and maintain organizational systems for easy stock location and retrieval
• Ensure proper storage conditions and handle materials safely
• Coordinate with the purchasing team on stock levels and procurement needs
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Adhere to and enforce safety regulations and procedures
• Prepare reports on inventory status, warehouse activities, and any discrepancies

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving of materials
