Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining optimal storage and distribution processes for our building materials and interior design products.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance of inventory

Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies

Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and meet delivery schedules

Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities

Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

Manage relationships with suppliers, transporters, and other external partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field

5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in building materials or similar industry

Proven track record of implementing warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures

Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and warehouse best practices

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management software

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
