Gulf Careers International is looking for an experienced and hands on Warehouse In-Charge to join a leading plastics manufacturing company based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. This is a great opportunity for a skilled warehouse professional with a strong background in manufacturing or plastics who is ready to take full ownership of warehouse operations and lead a team in a fast paced and results driven environment.

In this role you will be responsible for managing all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of goods. You will maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and ERP systems, conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation, and ensure strict adherence to FIFO and FEFO practices. You will coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations, supervise warehouse staff, and maintain the highest standards of safety and warehouse efficiency throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience, preferably within the plastics or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP systems with SAP or Oracle being highly preferred is essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software, strong leadership and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse safety standards are key requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is required and a valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

You will be expected to consistently deliver against key performance indicators including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment efficiency, stock variance control, on-time dispatch rate, warehouse space utilization, and full compliance with safety standards.
