Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiter to provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and escort guests to their tables

Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages

Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system

Serve food and drinks following proper service standards

Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service

Monitor and attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience

Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members

Follow all health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications

Previous F&B service experience preferred

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong customer service orientation

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Professional appearance and good personal hygiene

Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
