About the Role:

Azizi Developments is expanding, and we are seeking a creative and skilled Visualizer Architect – Hospitality to join our Design & Engineering team. Key Responsibilities:

As the Visualizer Architect – Hospitality, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visualizations of hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, and restaurants. Your primary duties will include developing 3D models, rendering photorealistic images, and producing animations to showcase design concepts. You will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to bring creative visions to life. Additionally, you will ensure that visualizations align with project requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in architectural visualization, particularly in the hospitality sector, is required. Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or Lumion is essential. A strong portfolio showcasing your work in hospitality projects will be a key differentiator.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess strong creative and technical skills, with the ability to translate design concepts into stunning visualizations. You should have excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
