About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer specializing in real estate content creation. The ideal candidate will have experience in showcasing properties through compelling video storytelling and maintain a high standard of professional video production.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality property walkthrough videos and aerial footage

Shoot and edit professional real estate marketing videos

Develop creative concepts for property showcases

Capture architectural details and property features effectively

Edit and produce final video content for various platforms

Coordinate with real estate agents and property managers

Manage video equipment and maintain quality standards

Create engaging social media video content

Ensure timely delivery of final edited videos

Maintain a consistent style and brand identity in all productions

Required Skills & Experience

Must be currently residing in the UAE

Proven experience in real estate videography

Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)

Experience with drone photography/videography

Strong understanding of lighting and composition

Knowledge of real estate marketing principles

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid UAE driving license preferred

Technical Requirements

Proficiency in professional video equipment

Experience with drone operations and relevant certifications

Knowledge of post-production software

Understanding of video optimization for different platforms

Familiarity with current video trends and technologies
