Venue Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to join our high-end licensed venue. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the venue during assigned shifts

Lead, train, and motivate front-line staff to deliver outstanding customer service

Monitor and maintain service standards, cleanliness, and presentation

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally and efficiently

Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and venue policies

Manage staff scheduling and coordinate with other departments

Maintain accurate records of daily operations, sales, and inventory

Implement and maintain health and safety standards

Support special events and promotional activities

Required Qualifications

Currently based in the UAE

Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a licensed venue

Experience in high-end hospitality establishments

Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards

Understanding of UAE hospitality regulations and licensing requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven leadership and team management abilities

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and demeanor

Computer literacy and POS system knowledge

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
