Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Unit Clinic Manager with a strong nursing background to oversee our medical facility operations in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will bring both clinical expertise and administrative acumen to lead our healthcare team.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (mandatory)

10 years of experience as Unit Manager/Clinic Manager in UAE healthcare settings

Comprehensive understanding of UAE healthcare regulations

Strong clinical and administrative management background

Experience in handling multiple departments (OPD, reception, call center)

Core Responsibilities

Administrative Management

Oversee daily clinic operations

Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Supervise reception and call center operations

Handle patient complaints and feedback

Clinical Operations

Monitor clinical service quality

Ensure adherence to medical protocols

Oversee OPD operations

Maintain healthcare standards

Implement clinical best practices

Staff Leadership

Supervise medical and administrative staff

Conduct performance evaluations

Coordinate staff training programs
