Document Management: One of the core aspects of this role is handling and processing various financial documents including invoices, payment receipts, and bank statements. Ensuring all documents are accurately processed, properly categorized, and filed for future reference is essential to maintain smooth audit trails and financial clarity.

Record Maintenance: You’ll be expected to ensure that all accounting records are consistently updated and organized. From entering journal entries into accounting software to tracking petty cash transactions and preparing simple financial reports, your attention to detail will be crucial in preventing errors and ensuring compliance.

Tools & Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is vital for this role as many financial reports, reconciliations, and logs are managed through spreadsheets. You’ll also gain experience working with accounting systems, helping build a strong foundation for future growth in the finance sector.
