Sales Leadership:

The successful candidate will develop and execute sophisticated sales strategies for ultra-luxury residential properties. Your role involves managing a high-performing sales team, cultivating relationships with elite clients, and closing high-value transactions in Dubai's competitive luxury real estate market.

Market Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of Dubai's ultra-luxury property landscape is essential. You will position Azizi's premium developments against competitor offerings while maintaining expert-level understanding of market trends, buyer preferences, and investment opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

We require professionals with 7+ years of proven success in ultra-luxury real estate sales, including experience managing sales teams in premium developments. A track record of closing high-value transactions with UHNWI clients is mandatory.

Client Relationship Management:

Your ability to navigate exclusive buyer circles and deliver white-glove service will be crucial. The role demands exceptional presentation skills to showcase properties to discerning clients and negotiate complex transactions.
