Position Overview

We are seeking a professional Typist PRO to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate and efficient typing, document preparation, and data entry while maintaining high standards of quality and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Type various documents including letters, reports, forms, and correspondence

Maintain high typing speed while ensuring accuracy

Format documents according to company standards

Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and consistency

Handle confidential information with discretion

Organize and maintain digital filing systems

Process and input data into various databases

Prepare presentations and spreadsheets as needed

Assist with administrative tasks when required

Meet typing deadlines and quality standards

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a professional typist

Minimum typing speed of 60-70 WPM with high accuracy

Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite

Experience with document formatting and preparation

Excellent attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Proficient in English language (written and verbal)

Excellent grammar and proofreading skills

Strong computer literacy

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Technical Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
