About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team, serving clients in both Al Yahar (Al Ain) and Abu Dhabi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create unforgettable travel experiences for our clients, handling everything from flight ticketing and reservations to developing bespoke travel packages. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused professional with a deep understanding of the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities: Flight Ticketing and Reservations: You will be responsible for handling flight ticketing and reservations for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This involves utilizing your knowledge of airline policies and procedures to provide the best possible options for our clients.

Travel Product Development and Management: A key aspect of this role is developing and managing attractive travel products and packages. You will need to stay up-to-date with travel trends and destinations, creating unique and appealing itineraries that cater to diverse client needs.

Tourism Services and Itinerary Planning: You will assist clients with various tourism services, including itinerary planning, visa applications, and travel insurance. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of travel and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Exceptional Customer Service and Travel Advice: Providing top-notch customer service is paramount. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert travel advice, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Coordination with Travel Partners: You will coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tourism partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements. This requires strong communication and negotiation skills to secure the best deals and maintain positive relationships with our partners.

Required Experience and Skills: Candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in ticketing, tourism, and travel product development. Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is highly advantageous. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are essential. Location flexibility to work in both Al Yahar (Al Ain) and Abu Dhabi is a must.
