Job Description:

We are seeking a competent and experienced Transportation Foreman to oversee and coordinate our transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in transportation and logistics, with the ability to manage vehicle records and coordinate with senior management effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Transportation Coordination:

Oversee and coordinate transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient service.

Maintain detailed vehicle records, including maintenance and usage logs.

Logistics Management:

Handle daily reporting and coordinate activities with senior management.

Ensure all transportation operations comply with company policies and regulations.

Financial and Administrative Tasks:

Manage accounting tasks, including quotations and invoices.

Ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting.

Workshop and Equipment Management:

Oversee workshop activities and manage heavy equipment rentals.

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Minimum of 4-6 years in transportation and logistics.

Experience in workshop or heavy equipment rental is highly desirable.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to communicate in Hindi, Urdu, and English.

Salary:

AED 2,500 - 5,000 based on experience and qualifications.
