Job Overview: Star Services LLC is currently hiring a Call Centre Trainer to join its fast-growing customer support team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that equip new and existing call centre agents with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
Training Program Development: You will be responsible for creating and updating training modules based on call centre procedures, customer service best practices, product updates, and system usage. Your materials will ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards.
New Hire Onboarding: The Trainer will manage onboarding training for all new call centre agents, ensuring they are fully prepared to begin live operations. You'll cover soft skills, system tools, communication, conflict handling, and standard operating procedures.
Ongoing Training: You'll conduct periodic training refreshers and specialized sessions to upskill existing staff, introduce new processes, or reinforce core competencies. These sessions are aimed at maintaining high service levels and agent confidence.
Coaching & Performance Improvement: Collaborating with Quality and Team Leads, you'll identify underperforming agents and deliver focused coaching to improve specific KPIs. You'll also provide feedback and monitor progress post-training.
Training Evaluation & Feedback: Post-session assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations will be your tools for measuring training effectiveness. You'll refine programs based on agent feedback, operational changes, and business needs.
System & Tools Familiarity: You’ll train agents on CRM platforms, ticketing tools, and other internal systems used in customer service operations. Ensuring agents are confident and accurate in using digital tools is key to efficiency.
