Position Overview:

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Trade Finance - Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of IT experience with a strong focus on Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance domains. This role requires expertise in project management, cloud integrations, and Agile methodologies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead project management activities including project planning, requirement discussions, coordination with vendors for development, delivery, and testing.

Support project rollout and post-production support activities actively.

Manage API development and cloud integrations, with experience in Azure and AWS.

Implement cloud projects, preferably with experience in the UAE region.

Utilize Agile Project Management techniques to drive project success.

Engage in requirement gathering and ensure alignment with business goals.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained accurately.

Qualifications:

6-10 years of IT experience with expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance domains.

Strong project management skills; PMP certification is preferable.

Hands-on experience with API development and cloud integrations (Azure and AWS).

Proven experience in Agile Project Management; CSPO and CSM certifications are preferable.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the UAE region is highly desirable.
