About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Timekeeper to join our operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing time and attendance records, supporting payroll operations, and handling administrative duties for our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Time & Attendance Management
Collect and verify employee timecards for accuracy
Enter time and attendance data into payroll systems
Calculate overtime hours and paid time off
Resolve time and attendance discrepancies
Monitor staff attendance and maintain accurate records
Generate and analyze attendance reports
Administrative Operations
Oversee daily administrative operations
Manage office procedures and systems
Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders
Maintain efficient record management systems
Implement document control procedures
Support budget management processes
Payroll Support
Assist in payroll processing
Generate payroll reports and analytics
Ensure accurate time-based compensation calculations
Maintain payroll-related documentation
Support periodic payroll audits
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience as a timekeeper in construction, engineering, or oil & gas industry
Experience in handling blue-collar workforce
Advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience in time and attendance systems
Home country experience is acceptable
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level)
Experience with time and attendance software
Knowledge of payroll systems
Understanding of attendance tracking tools
Document management abilities
