Role Overview: The Tendering & Estimation Manager will lead all aspects of tendering and cost estimation for roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE. You will oversee the preparation of competitive bids, analyze project requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Tender Management: You will manage the end-to-end tendering process, including reviewing project specifications, preparing submission documents, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. Timeliness, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical for winning contracts.

Cost Estimation: This role requires analyzing project drawings, technical data, and material requirements to develop precise cost estimates. You will supervise the preparation of BOQs, cost breakdowns, and rate analysis while ensuring adherence to company and UAE standards.

Team Coordination: You will lead a team of estimators and support staff, assigning responsibilities, reviewing work, and providing guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables. Mentoring and training junior staff is part of fostering a skilled and efficient team.

Supplier & Subcontractor Liaison: You will collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors to obtain quotations, verify rates, and ensure competitive pricing. Strong negotiation skills and maintaining positive relationships are key to success.

Project Collaboration: You will work closely with project managers, procurement, and technical teams to align cost estimates with project execution plans, ensuring feasibility and profitability. Regular communication across departments is essential.
