About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive TEM Analyst (Telecom Expense Management Analyst) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in telecommunications and IT service management. Key Responsibilities:

As the TEM Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing telecom operations and ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization. Your primary duties will include attending ITSM calls, rectifying link issues, and analyzing business requirements to place orders with telecom vendors. You will plan and facilitate meetings, prioritize cross-functional activities, and supervise telecom requirements for new, closed, and relocated branches, as well as data centers. Additionally, you will provide onsite support for telecom vendors and assist the security team in managing telephone, fax, police alarm, and CCTV links.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in telecom expense management or a similar role is required. Knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and TRA (Telecommunications Regulatory Authority) norms in the UAE is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate to advanced functions, is a must.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot telecom issues effectively. You should have excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
