Role Overview – PACT Employment is hiring a Telesales Officer for a client in the UAE financial services sector based in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of AED 6,000 (based on experience) and requires a minimum of 1+ years of telesales experience. This role is ideal for sales professionals who can promote financial products, generate leads, and achieve sales targets through outbound calling.

Outbound Sales Calling – You will make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products including personal loans, credit cards, auto finance, home finance, and other banking and financial services. You will conduct high-volume calling, present product features and benefits, engage prospects effectively, generate interest, and achieve monthly sales targets through persuasive telephone communication.

Sales Target Achievement – You will achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales, maintaining high conversion rates, managing daily call volumes, tracking personal performance metrics, implementing effective sales techniques, maximizing sales opportunities, and demonstrating consistent achievement of assigned sales objectives.

Customer Needs Identification – You will identify customer needs by asking relevant questions, listening actively to customer responses, understanding financial requirements, assessing customer eligibility and affordability, determining suitable products, and matching customer needs with appropriate financial solutions that provide value.

Financial Product Promotion – You will promote various financial products with clear product explanation including explaining interest rates, repayment terms, fees and charges, eligibility criteria, application processes, product benefits, and terms and conditions. You will ensure customers understand products fully before making decisions.

Product Knowledge – You will maintain thorough knowledge of all financial products offered including features, benefits, eligibility criteria, pricing, terms and conditions, competitive advantages, and application procedures. You will stay updated on product changes, new offerings, and promotional campaigns.

Objection Handling – You will handle customer objections professionally by understanding concerns, providing clarifications, addressing hesitations, offering reassurances, highlighting product benefits, comparing options, and using persuasive techniques that convert objections into sales while maintaining customer trust.
