About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with at least 6 months of telesales experience and fluency in Telugu and Hindi. If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and can join immediately, we encourage you to apply. Candidates located in India who can relocate on an immediate basis are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and achieving targets through outbound calls. Your primary duties will include contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales deals. You will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up on leads, and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in telesales or a similar role. Fluency in Telugu and Hindi is required, along with strong communication and persuasion skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai immediately if currently based in India.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. You should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
