Telesales Executive

Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calling, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers in Arabic and English

Generate and qualify new sales leads through cold calling

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system

Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers

Prepare and submit sales reports on a regular basis

Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally

Required Qualifications

Fluent in Arabic (native level) and English (professional level)

Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telesales

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience with CRM software

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

Bachelor's degree preferred

UAE residency is an advantage

Desired Skills

Experience in B2B sales

Knowledge of UAE market dynamics

Strong presentation and closing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Goal-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
