Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.

Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively pitching and selling products or services over the phone.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Effectively manage and update customer databases to track sales progress and customer interactions.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.

Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.

Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales and customer interactions.

Collaborate with team members and sales managers to achieve sales goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a telesales or call center environment.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.

Strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
