Teleconsultation Nurse

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team in an innovative teleconsultation role. As a Nurse on our Teleconsult Desk, you will provide high-quality healthcare support and consultation services to patients through virtual platforms, ensuring accessible and convenient medical care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations with patients via phone and video calls

Assess patient conditions, provide medical advice, and recommend appropriate care plans

Document patient interactions, medical histories, and consultation outcomes in electronic health records

Coordinate with other healthcare providers for patient referrals when necessary

Monitor and follow up on patient progress through telehealth platforms

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations

Participate in quality improvement initiatives for telehealth services

Stay updated with the latest telemedicine practices and healthcare guidelines

Required Qualifications

Valid MOH (Ministry of Health) Nursing License

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience

Strong proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous

Experience with electronic health records and telemedicine platforms

Essential Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new technology platforms

Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities

Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care

Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse patient populations

Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
