Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecaller to join our client's debt collection team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales or customer service, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for debt collection purposes

- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors

- Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection practices

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve collection strategies

- Use provided software systems to manage accounts and track progress

- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities and outcomes

Qualifications and Requirements

- Prior experience in telesales or customer service is required

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

- Familiarity with UAE debt collection laws and practices (preferred)

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to debt collection

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets

- Flexibility to work in shifts if required

Additional Information

- Home country experience in telesales or customer service will be considered, provided the candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills

- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
