Mafamer is seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Representative to drive sales through effective phone-based communication. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, persuasive, and committed to achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing clients

Generate and qualify sales leads through strategic communication

Explain company products and services comprehensively

Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently

Follow up on leads and effectively close sales

Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM system

Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Collaborate with sales team to develop and improve sales strategies

Participate actively in team meetings and performance discussions
