Role Overview: Nouba Real Estate is actively seeking energetic and enthusiastic professionals to join our growing team as Tele Sales Executives in the fast-paced world of Dubai’s Off-Plan Real Estate sector. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about property sales, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Sales Duties and Objectives: The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting and promoting off-plan real estate projects, and converting leads into active buyers. You’ll work closely with the sales team to support campaigns, follow up on warm leads, and maintain strong client relationships through excellent follow-through and consultative selling techniques.
Client Interaction & Communication: Success in this role relies heavily on your ability to communicate persuasively and clearly over the phone. You should be comfortable discussing investment potential, highlighting project features, and handling objections professionally. Building trust and rapport with clients is a critical part of achieving success in this competitive market.
Market Focus – Off-Plan Properties: Off-plan real estate is one of the most dynamic and lucrative sectors in Dubai. You will specialize in presenting new developments and investment opportunities to both local and international buyers. Preference will be given to candidates with prior knowledge or experience in the off-plan segment, including familiarity with popular areas like Downtown, Dubai Marina, and JVC.
Performance & Commission Structure: At Nouba Real Estate, performance is rewarded. This role comes with a base salary of AED 3,000–4,000, and a highly attractive commission structure that allows high performers to significantly boost their earnings. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, with transparent metrics and unlimited earning potential.
Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of sales experience, and at least 3–6 months of experience in Dubai real estate, ideally in off-plan sales. You must be self-motivated, well-spoken, resilient to rejection, and highly driven to achieve targets. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
