Role Overview:

Fleet Management Systems and Technologies (FMS Tech.) is seeking an experienced IVMS Maintenance Technician to join our team in Muscat, Oman. This role involves maintaining and servicing FMS Tech.’s fleet management solutions, which are crucial for improving road safety standards, enhancing vehicle fleet management, protecting mobile assets, and reducing transportation costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Support: Perform regular maintenance and repair of IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Technical Assistance: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to fleet management systems.

System Installation: Assist in the installation and configuration of IVMS equipment in vehicles.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system updates.

Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to address their maintenance needs and provide solutions.

Reporting: Generate and submit reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and any issues encountered.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Oman.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Nationality: Open to all nationalities.

Driving License: With or without a driving license.
