Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in ForgeRock Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in managing and maintaining enterprise-level identity management systems.

Key Responsibilities

ForgeRock Platform Management

Manage and maintain ForgeRock Identity Management Solutions

Handle end-to-end administration of ForgeRock IAM Platform

Deploy and maintain core ForgeRock components:

OpenAM

OpenIDM

OpenIG

OpenDJ

Integration Management

Manage ForgeRock integration with SaaS applications:

Microsoft Azure

Microsoft 365

Dynamics 365

Oversee ForgeRock integration with:

COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) applications

Non-COTS applications

Technical Requirements

Core Expertise

Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with:

Header-based Single Sign-On

SAML

OAuth protocols

Strong experience with ForgeRock OpenIDM system

Development Environment

Proven experience with J2EE / Java EE 5 Application Servers:

Apache Tomcat

JBoss

IBM WebSphere

Oracle WebLogic

Required Skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Experience with identity and access management systems

Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols

Understanding of security best practices

System integration expertise

Preferred Qualifications

ForgeRock certifications

Previous experience in similar technical support roles

Background in enterprise-level IAM implementations
