In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of technical positions, from sourcing and engaging top talent to coordinating interviews and supporting successful placements. You will recruit professionals across software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related technology disciplines while building strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Working closely with sales and account management teams, you will align recruitment strategies with client hiring needs, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and consistently achieve recruitment performance goals.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of technical recruiting experience within a staffing, consulting, or professional services environment. You should have a proven ability to identify, attract, and engage highly skilled technical professionals while maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment are essential for success in this role.
