10a Labs is looking for a Technical Recruiter to architect and scale its talent engine and strengthen core people operations. As the safety and threat-intelligence layer trusted by frontier AI labs, AI unicorns, Fortune 10 companies, and leading global technology platforms, 10a Labs operates at the highest-stakes frontier of AI security, and the people it hires reflect that standard. This is a high-ownership role for a recruiter who is ready to build talent pipelines for some of the most competitive and specialised roles in the industry, including engineering, red teaming, research, product, and operations, while also contributing to the people infrastructure that supports those hires once they join.

In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and interviewing through to onboarding, building and executing proactive sourcing strategies for highly competitive AI and engineering markets. You will develop structured interview processes and evaluation rubrics, partner with hiring managers to define performance profiles and identify talent gaps, and drive a candidate experience and closing strategy that reflects the quality and mission of 10a Labs. Tracking recruiting metrics and continuously improving funnel performance and ATS workflows will be a regular part of your work, as will partnering with leadership on workforce planning and hiring prioritisation. Beyond talent acquisition, you will contribute to structured onboarding programmes, support performance review cycles and feedback systems, implement and document SOPs for core processes, and coordinate with external vendors, legal counsel, and service providers. You will identify operational bottlenecks, test new tools and workflows to boost efficiency, and contribute to cross-functional projects as the company continues to scale.

The ideal candidate brings three or more years of experience in recruiting and operations, ideally at a high-growth startup. You have a demonstrated track record recruiting both technical roles such as ML engineers, software engineers, and data scientists, and non-technical roles such as researchers and threat investigators, in competitive markets. Strong outbound sourcing capability is essential, as is experience designing and implementing hiring processes, SOPs, onboarding programmes, and process improvements. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, rolling up your sleeves, and building systems from scratch. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with HR management systems, job boards, and applicant tracking systems are required. Experience recruiting in AI, cybersecurity, or mission-driven domains and internationally is a strong advantage.
