In this role you will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes for technical and IT roles, sourcing and screening candidates, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand technical requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver high quality candidates within competitive timelines.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in IT and technology recruitment with a strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and the broader tech talent landscape. You should be confident managing the full recruitment cycle from job briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding support. Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential qualities we are looking for.
