DEOW International, a growing Dubai-based contracting firm, is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead its technical coordination and approvals teams. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai offers a senior-level opportunity for a construction professional with deep UAE contracting experience and a proven track record on high-rise projects.

The Technical Manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Technical Coordinators and Architectural Draftsmen, ensuring the timely delivery of precise shop drawings to support site execution. You will review IFC drawings, identify clashes between architectural, structural, and MEP systems, and manage RFIs and material submittals to facilitate smooth site operations. A critical aspect of this role involves taking ownership of securing building permits, NOCs, and completion certificates through local government portals, including Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, and free-zone authorities such as Trakhees and DDA. Your leadership will ensure that all technical documentation and approval processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess eight to twelve years of UAE contracting experience, with a proven track record on high-rise projects of G+30 and above. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required, with membership in the UAE Society of Engineers preferred. You must demonstrate hands-on experience with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, and free-zone authority approval processes. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit (BIM), and Navisworks Manage is essential, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. DEOW International offers a competitive all-inclusive monthly salary of up to AED 25,000, commensurate with experience.
