About the Role:

UNEC is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team. This is a leadership role for a professional with a strong background in managing technical aspects of villas and high-rise building projects. Key Responsibilities:

As the Technical Manager, you will oversee the technical and engineering aspects of villa and high-rise building projects. Your primary duties will include managing design and construction processes, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors. You will also review project plans, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in technical management, specifically in villas and high-rise building projects, is required. Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and teams. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.
