Role Overview

As the Technical Lead for the ERP Project, you will be instrumental in overseeing and executing data migration strategies, managing system integrations, and ensuring the seamless operation of Dynamics 365 Lifecycle and DevOps processes. Reporting directly to the Group ERP Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of the ERP project, acting as the key internal link with external vendors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Data Migration Strategy:

Lead and execute comprehensive data migration strategies, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, import to NAXT365, validation, and ongoing error monitoring.

Develop and implement detailed project plans, providing regular progress reports on activities such as data migration, testing phases, performance evaluations, mock go-live exercises, and pilot phases.

Technical Coordination:

Act as the primary technical liaison between vendors, internal departments, and the IT team to ensure seamless integration and configuration of Dynamics 365 and related applications.

Configure entities, fields, forms, workflows, and security roles within Dynamics 365 to align with business requirements and best practices.

Training and Support:

Provide training and ongoing support to IT end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize and maximize the capabilities of the ERP system.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop user-friendly training materials and documentation to support system adoption and proficiency.

Project Management:

Manage the overall lifecycle of the ERP project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Proactively identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems configuration, data migration, and project management within ERP environments.

ERP Systems: Extensive hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or equivalent.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Proven analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive solutions.

Languages: Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous but not essential.

Location Preference: Candidates already based in the UAE are highly preferred.
