Job Description

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join their team in Doha, Qatar. The role is perfect for professionals with a strong background in .Net Core, Angular, Azure, DevOps, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should be ready to take on the challenge of leading a team of developers on large-scale projects, with a notice period of 30 days or less.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the successful execution of projects using Agile and Lean software development methodologies.

Technical Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of .Net Core, Angular, Azure, Kubernetes, and Microservices to architect and develop scalable and robust applications.

Project Management: Oversee and manage cloud migration projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Design & Implementation: Implement design principles, patterns, and best practices, including Cache management, Authentication API, logging, and CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.

Code Quality & Security: Conduct static code analysis and ensure compliance with OWASP guidelines for application security.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including onsite and offshore teams, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to enhance existing systems and processes.

Must-Have Skills:

Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Dot Net MVC, Dot Net Core 6.0, API with ASP.Net Core, Microservices with ASP.Net Core, C#, SQL Server / Oracle, Angular 12 / React JS.

Architecture Expertise: In-depth understanding of architecture domains such as data, infrastructure, business, and software development, with experience in cloud migration projects.

DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD implementation, and cloud technologies including Kubernetes.

Design & Security: Expertise in design principles, patterns, and security guidelines, particularly OWASP.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a job-related role.

Leadership: Proven experience leading development teams on large projects, ideally in an Agile environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dot Net Core, Angular, Azure, DevOps, Microservices, Kubernetes, and database management with SQL Server / Oracle.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Location: Doha, Qatar

Notice Period: Immediate / 30 days
