Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Executive (Automobile Service) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the automobile industry, with a focus on providing technical support, conducting product failure analysis, and delivering technical training. The Technical Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of service and product performance, contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support to distributors and clients, addressing and resolving technical issues related to automobile products. Ensure that technical problems are diagnosed accurately and resolved promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Technical Training: Develop and deliver technical training programs for distributor staff and clients to enhance their understanding and proficiency in using and servicing automobile products. Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and cover all necessary technical aspects.

Warranty Data Monitoring: Monitor and analyze warranty data to identify trends and potential issues. Work with distributors to ensure that warranty claims are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

Product Failure Analysis: Conduct detailed product failure analysis at distributor locations to determine the root causes of product issues. Prepare comprehensive reports with findings and recommendations for corrective actions.

Technical Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed technical reports on product performance, failure analysis, and warranty data. Ensure that all reports are accurate, comprehensive, and submitted in a timely manner.

Competitor Product Evaluation: Evaluate competitor products to gain insights into market trends, customer expectations, and competitive positioning. Use this information to recommend improvements to our products and services.

Customer Expectations: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer expectations and ensure that our products meet or exceed these expectations. Provide feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the automobile industry, with a strong focus on technical support and training. Previous experience in conducting product failure analysis and preparing technical reports is essential.

Technical Training: Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs is a must. The candidate should be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of automobile systems and components. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software to analyze technical issues. Ability to conduct detailed product failure analysis and identify root causes.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret warranty data and technical reports to identify trends and issues.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with distributors, clients, and internal teams. Proficiency in preparing detailed technical reports.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
