Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong trust and rapport while taking ownership of every client query.

Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships to drive ongoing value from products and services.

Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand client needs, enhance retention and growth opportunities, and share insights and learnings.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to problem-solve and strategize upcoming client meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

3+ years of experience in key account management or client-facing roles, preferably in technical customer success.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical and process-oriented mindset, capable of understanding and articulating technical concepts related to SaaS products.

Strong technical competence and familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms preferred.

Proactive team player with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Passionate about achieving business outcomes and maintaining high-quality standards, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
