Role Overview – WebAppLogic is seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in React and Python. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing scalable architectures, leading technical teams, and ensuring high-performance applications deliver exceptional results.

Technical Expertise Required – This role requires hands-on experience in at least one of the two technologies (React or Python) with working-level proficiency in the other. Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices is essential for success in this senior technical role.

Experience Requirement – A minimum of 10+ years of overall IT experience is mandatory. You should have progressed through technical roles and demonstrated increasing responsibility in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership throughout your career.

React Expertise – Strong hands-on expertise in React for frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalable UI development is required. You should understand component architecture, state management, hooks, and modern React ecosystem tools for building enterprise-grade applications.

Python Proficiency – Deep knowledge of Python for backend architecture, API design, and building scalable and maintainable systems is essential. Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI, along with understanding of microservices architecture, is highly valued.

Architecture Design – You will design and define end-to-end technical architecture for applications, making critical decisions about technology stack, system components, and integration patterns. Creating architecture blueprints and technical documentation will be key responsibilities.

Performance and Scalability – Ensuring performance, scalability, and security of solutions is crucial. You will architect systems that can handle growing user loads, implement caching strategies, optimize database queries, and ensure applications meet performance benchmarks.

Technical Leadership – Providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams is an important aspect of this role. You will lead architectural discussions, conduct code reviews, and help team members grow their technical skills through knowledge sharing.

Collaboration and Decision-Making – Participating in design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making processes is essential. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.

Cloud and DevOps Knowledge – Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is good to have. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes, and DevOps practices will be considered advantageous.

Communication Skills – Strong communication and collaboration skills are required for articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with distributed teams is crucial.

Work Model – This is a remote role open to candidates across PAN India. You will work during standard IST hours with no shift overlap required. Occasional meeting overlap may be required for collaboration with stakeholders or international teams.

Independence and Leadership – The ability to work independently and provide technical leadership without constant supervision is essential. You should be self-motivated, take ownership of architecture decisions, and drive technical excellence across projects.
